The person in charge was very good. Got items damage for one carton of Powdered Latex, I guess due to delivery transportation. Made complain and unexpected response from this seller. They contact me immediately and within 2 days they come over to my factory and change the damage items with the new one. they even gave us extra as token of appreciation for supporting them. My production team bought Powder Free Latex Pink box if I'm not mistaken. Gloves are okay. We just confused on packaging. As shown in the picture different design but the one that arrived different.
