Payment Terms & Conditions

The United Healthcare Payment Protection Policy (“Policy”) supplements the United Healthcare Terms of Use, UH Wallet Privacy Policy, and UH Wallet Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “UH Terms”) with regard to your United Healthcare Account. If any matter is not provided in this policy but is provided for in the United Healthcare Terms, the provisions of the United Healthcare Terms shall prevail. If there is a conflict between the provisions of this policy and the provisions of United Healthcare Terms, the provisions of this policy shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the capitalized terms shall have the same meanings as set forth in the United Healthcare Terms. This policy is a legal agreement between you and United Healthcare Sdn Bhd. By using your United Healthcare Account, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

1. Credit Card / Debit Card
   • Credit Card & Debit Card payment is available for all customers. We accept all VISA and Mastercard Cards, both Credit and Debit with 3D secure (Verified by VISA and Mastercard secure).
2. Internet Banking
   • You can make a payment via internet banking which you can choose from the list of banks available in Malaysia. You will be redirected to Online Banking page to login your selected bank to complete your transaction.
3. e-Coupon & e-Voucher
   • These offers exclusive discount or promotion. You will need to key-in the valid code received at “Secure Checkout” page under “Promotion Code”. You can also redeem using both Promotion Code & Reward Points during check-out.
4. United Healthcare VIP Points
   • United Healthcare Members can collect points when purchase and redeem it at check-out. With every purchase, every RM1 = 1 point. During redemption, every 200 points = RM1. All you have to do is key-in your rewards point amount at “Pay with Reward Points”. Your reward points will be shown under “Input Amount”. There will be 2 rewards points stated:
     • Reward Points collected
     • Amount in RM on your total reward points collected
5. e-Wallet (Boost, GrabPay & Touch N Go)
   • We welcome and provide access to the seamless convenience of digital payments to our customers. Hence,it is now possible to pay your orders with e-wallets such as Boost, GrabPay & Touch N Go.

Protection against Unauthorized Transactions.

United Healthcare will provide you with compensation for Unauthorized Transactions (defined below), provided that you comply with the procedures set out within the Policy.

An “Unauthorized Transaction” occurs when, because of a fraudulent take-over of the United Healthcare Account:

(a) the transaction is made from our online store within your UH Wallet that you did not authorize and that did not benefit you;

(b) a transaction or Top Up to the UH wallet is made from a credit or debit card saved in your Lazada Account that you did not authorise and that did not benefit you; or

(c) a transaction or Top Up to the UH wallet is made from the Direct Link account, that you did not authorize and that did not benefit you.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have an obligation to ensure the safety and security of your United Healthcare Account. If you authorize someone to access your UH Wallet by providing them with your login information or otherwise, and they conduct transactions without your acknowledgement or permission, you shall be responsible for all consequences arising from such use.
