1. This Return and Refund policy is only applicable for United Healthcare Online store Home Delivery and Click & Collect only.
2. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone +6012-214 8087 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

3. Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered are in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the product is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in their original condition, quantity, and packaging as they were first delivered to the customer together with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Upon confirmation that your order is valid for refund, United Healthcare online store will take 1 to 3 working days to process the refund request and submit it to the related department. Then, it will take 15 to 30 calendar days for the bank or payment gateway to process the refund. A notification email will be sent to you upon successful refund into your bank account or credit card account.
